Buildingstars is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to help handle the high volume of appointments being set by our national inside sales team.

Our OSRs are responsible for closing new business for Buildingstars commercial cleaning services.  As much as 80% or more of the appointments are set by our national inside sales team, while the other 20% are supplemented individual prospecting efforts.  This role is 100% B2B and requires individuals who are ambitious, competitive, results driven, optimistic, and have an insatiable need to win.  We offer a lucrative commission and compensation package, as well as incredible potential for career growth.  If you are a recent graduate with some experience and you are looking for the next step in your career, apply today!

As our ideal candidate, you have:

• 1-2 years’ B2B Outside Sales experience selling contracts in service industry
• The ability to quickly build strong rapport with prospective Buildingstars customers during the sales process
• Solid business acumen and understanding of how to manage a sales pipeline and process 
• Self-motivated with the ability to succeed in a results-oriented environment
• Strong written and verbal skills (in-person and on the phone), as well as listening and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets
• Strong problem solving, organization and interpersonal skills
