We looking for an experienced sales professional who has a proven track record for driving sales and revenue growth to join our Overland Park team.  Our role involves a blend of sales, customer relationship management and strategic planning.  If you are in a current sales role and you are looking for your next career move, this is the opportunity you have been looking for.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Client Acquisition:  identify and target potential clients; conduct sales presentations; prepare and negotiate contracts; close deals
  • Sales Strategies:  develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue/sales goals; understand market trends and competition to identify new opportunities
  • Client Retention:  build and maintain client relationships; ensure clients needs are met at all times
  • Manage Operations:  coordinate and schedule cleaning schedules with cleaning crews

Experience Required:

  • 3+ years of sales experience with proven results in growing a territory
  • Business to Business sales experience - with a focus in a service related industry
  • Ability to influence and deliver win/win solutions
  • High energy level, self-starter with a positive attitude
  • Effectively communicate between corporate leadership, customers and the franchise community
  • Critical thinking, creative problem-solving skills and solid decision-making processes are essential
  • Performance driven and able to work independently delivering strong results
  • Detailed/action oriented and demonstrates high standards of integrity, trust and ethics
