Account Managers are responsible for fostering and maintaining the client relationship. Responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
- Actively monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Conduct multiple site visits each day to ensure cleaning services are completed to clients satisfaction.
- Provide coaching and support to the franchise owners assigned to each account.
- Coordinate the start up of the accounts sold by outside sales reps.
- Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.

- Base salary, uncapped commission, and bonus, with projected first-year earnings between $55,000 and $70,000

To qualify for this position, you should have:
- A consecutive and stable work history - showing tenure and upward movement in prior roles
- A clean driving record
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in account management, customer service, or sales
- Exceptional relationship management and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
